1. Acceptance of Terms

Adelanto Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related services to residential and commercial clients in Adelanto, CA and surrounding communities. The specific scope of any project will be defined in a written estimate or service agreement provided to the client before work begins.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided without obligation. An estimate represents our best assessment of project costs based on information available at the time of the on-site visit. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Estimates may be revised if site conditions, project scope, or material requirements differ materially from what was assessed during the initial visit. We will notify you of any changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with work beyond the original scope.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling is confirmed in writing or by phone. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon start dates. Delays caused by weather, material availability, or circumstances outside our control will be communicated as promptly as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after a start date has been confirmed may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or service agreement. In general, we may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. For larger projects, milestone payments may be arranged.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date may be subject to a late payment fee. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold work on any project where payment is overdue.

6. Warranty and Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty will be stated explicitly in your written service agreement. Warranties apply to defects resulting from our installation and do not cover damage caused by third parties, improper use, extreme weather events, soil movement, or deferred maintenance by the property owner.

Material warranties, where applicable, are governed by the terms of the manufacturer. We do not warrant that materials will perform identically under all conditions.

The Site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be brought in the appropriate courts of California.
